Hanson Flavors is the Spice Blend division of Oziama.  We package and sell a variety of spice blends to Meat Packers, Retail Stores and Restaurants.  Our flagship product, Prime Cut was developed by Richard Hanson, a butcher and part owner of a chain of Meat Markets in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metropolitan area.  Originally blended to marinate meats, Prime Cut is also great on poultry, pork and wild game.   It is also used by a major restaurant chain as the seasoning on their signature Seasoned Fries!  It is the "secret ingredient" in a host of applications in and around the Twin Cities area.
